OUR PURPOSE AND GOALS
As a preschool, it is our intent to teach and encourage children, of ages 2 through 5 years, in their development in such a way that each child will:
have a safe, developmentally appropriate, nurturing environment
Promote social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth
Develop positive self-image and a love of learning.
Establish relationships and friendships with others and understand their importance
Feel secure with others when away from home
Skills needed for problem solving, communication, physical development
Have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Christian atmosphere
SESSIONS
The following sessions will be offered:
Pre-K Five Day Program: Monday through Friday from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm.
Pre-K Three Day Program: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Pre-K Two Day Program: Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:15 om
Three Year Old Three Day Program: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:15 am to 11:45 am.
Three Year Old Two Day Program: Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15 am to 11:45 am.
Terrific Twos – Thursdays or Fridays (2 year old with a caregiver) 9:30 am-10:45am
SCHOOL YEAR
Our Preschool year primarily follows the Exeter Township School District calendar. We begin September 3rd and conclude at the end of May. More information will be provided in our July mailing to parents.
Orientation will be held at the end of August and beginning of September for the 2 year, 3 year and Pre-K classes. Definite times and dates for each class to be announced in the July parent letter.
School begins on Tuesday, September 3, 2023.
Classes conclude for the 2s, 3s, and Pre-K classes at the end of May.
The tuition rates for 2024-2025 are as follows:

2 Year – Thursday or Friday Class $35.00/Month
3 Year – Tuesday & Thursday Class $135.00/Month
3 Year – Monday/Wednesday/Friday Class $170.00/Month
Pre-K – Tuesday & Thursday Class (2 days) $155.00/Month
Pre-K – Monday/Wednesday/Friday Class (3 days) $190.00/Month
Pre-K – Monday-Friday Class (5 days) $280.00/Month
Lunch bunch optional extended day $13.00/day
There will be a non-refundable $50.00 registration fee for the 3 and Pre-K classes ($10.00 of which will be applied to September's tuition). There will be a $35.00 deposit for the Terrific Twos (which is the September tuition payment). The registration fee must be received within 2 weeks of registration for the application to be processed. Tuition payments are due by the first class of each month and are not refundable.
ADMISSION
Enrollment is open to all regardless of religious preference, ethnicity, or race.
Our definition of age will be: Child must be the age of the class before September 1 of the school year. Example: 3 Year Old class - child must be 3 before September 1 of that school year. All children in the 3 year-old classes and older need to be toilet trained including personal hygiene.
ENROLLMENT FOR FAMILIES OF CURRENT STUDENTS AND SCHWARZWALD UCC MEMBERS
Applications are to be completed and mailed with the registration fee to the address below by Feb. 9th to ensure enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year.

Open enrollment is available now for 2024-2025 school year. Fill out an application on-line here: Registration Form Send the application with registration fee to the address below.
Note: Your child will be registered in the order that the application and fee are received.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
To enroll your child, fill out the 2024-2025 Registration form or complete the Online registration form. Submit the required $50.00 registration fee for the 3 and Pre-K classes and $35.00 for the Terrific Twos. Checks should be written to: “Schwarzwald UCC Preschool” and mailed to:
