Ways to get Involved during Worship

Greeter

Welcoming members and first time visitors is an important ministry for the church. We are looking for members who are excited to share our congregations energy!

Acolyte

Our church acolytes are youth (or adults) that assist with the opening and closing procession by carrying the Light of Christ out into the World. During the worship service, the acolyte is responsible for lighting and extinguishing the altar candles.

Lay Reader

The lay reader ministry is a group of congregation members who volunteer their time and talent to participate in Sunday’s worship by reading parts of the liturgy. This group does not meet formally.

Communion Setup

Communion is offered on the 1st Sunday of each month and other special Sundays.
